The cooperative spirit of Highland’s churches is easily seen in the Highland Ministerial Alliance, a group of local ministers who work and pray together on numerous projects, including community ecumenical services. The Alliance formed the Highland Area Christian Service Ministry to meet the benevolent needs of the community with a food pantry, utility and housing assistance and counseling services.
