The Highland Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the theme for this year’s Annual Lighted Christmas Parade:
“Christmas Time Machine” Set for Friday, November 28, 2025, the parade invites participants to decorate their floats and costumes based on any era of Christmas - past, present, or future. Whether it’s a Victorian Christmas, a retro 1980s holiday, or a futuristic sleigh ride through the stars, creativity is encouraged! Floats can also embrace the time travel theme itself, showcasing imaginative “time machine” designs. Let’s make this a holiday journey through the ages! |
The parade will start at the intersection of Poplar St & Lindenthal Ave with step-off at 6:30pm.
The parade will progress west along Lindenthal Ave and turn north on Washington St.
Once the parade reaches the square it will turn west onto Main St and south on Laurel St, ending at Broadway.

The float entries for 2024 were AMAZING!
It was hard for the judges to choose a winner! Congratulations to 1st STARLIGHT DANCE, 2nd Place LEE'S FINE JEWELRY and 3rd Place PULSE PERFORMANCE! The parade was followed by the lighting ceremony on the square and Santa made an appearance as well. The Annual Lighted Christmas Parade is a great way to start the holiday season!
